What types of messages do you offer?We offer 4 types of messages 1) Blank messages- a blank piece of parchment paper that you handwrite a personal message on 2) Personalized messages- your own personal message that we print on parchment paper and insert in the bottle. 3) One Love Poems- one of our poems printed on parchment paper and 4) Invitations for weddings and parties that we print on parchment and vellum paper. How will my bottle be delivered?Your One Love message in a bottle will be delivered via the US Postal Service or DHL Package Delivery to the delivery address that you specify when you place the order. Each bottle is securely packaged for safe delivery in a gift box filled with excelsior packing to protect the bottle and make the gift presentable upon opening. How long will it take for my package to arrive?Orders shipped today will arrive within 3-5 business days if shipped to a destination within the Continental US. How will my recipient know who the package is from?For packages sent directly to your recipient, the return address will show OLM Gifts and our address. There will be no other indication of what is inside the box. Once the package is opened, the gift tag will display who the message is TO and who the message is FROM. Furthermore, in your personal message you can include specific names and salutations. Are there any limitations as to where my bottle can be sent?We will put forth the effort to send your bottle to any destination capable of receiving packages. This includes but is not limited to restaurants, hotels, places of business etc. It is very important for you to provide us with detailed instruction and any pertinent information regarding package pick up. How do I send 2 bottles to two different locations?There are three ways to accomplish this: 1) place two completely separate orders with us online via our website, 2) you can call us and place the orders over the phone 281-356-4119 or 3) we can send the bottles directly to you for you to distribute. The boxes and packaging provided are suitable for shipping. What is your replacement policy?Although it is very rare, should your bottle arrive damaged or
broken, we will immediately send a replacement bottle at no additional
cost. When will my order be processed?Small single bottle orders received by 5pm are typically sent out
the next business day. Large orders may take additional time depending
on the size of the order. Every effort will be made to expedite orders
when possible. Are your bottles Glass or Plastic?We carry glass and plastic bottles. While we prefer sending out our
glass bottles, plastic is another alternative to consider when mailing
large quantities of bottles as invitations. What is the size of your bottles?We carry a 12-oz glass bottle that is approximately 10 inches tall
and an 8 oz plastic bottles that is 7-8 inches tall. To order plastic
bottles, please phone in your order. What is the difference in shipping costs between glass bottles and plastic?Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order. Our
packaged glass bottles weigh approximately 15 oz and our plastic
bottles packaged weigh approximately 5 oz, therefore postage costs for
plastic could be up to 60% less. To order plastic bottles,
please phone in your order. What is the process for ordering invitations?We will work closely with you in designing and customizing an
invitation with the information that you email to us. The invitation
will roll up inside the bottle and the bottle will be placed in a box
packed with excelsior. Inside the box we will include an RSVP card and
envelope. We can also print address labels for you if you like. Do you offer sample wedding invitations?Yes- we will provide you with a sample of what your guests will
receive for you to proof. Samples are $9.95 plus shipping and
handling. Once you’ve approved the sample, allow 1 week for your order
to be processed. I don't have a PayPal account, can I still buy with a credit card?Yes! Directly under the email address and password field on the
paypal checkout is a line that says, "Don't have a PayPal account?
Click Here" You will be presented with a normal Credit Card payment
